For cancellations, changes to your reservation, changes in party size, or late arrivals, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone.
We prepare ingredients, cooking, and seating according to your reservation. Accordingly, for cancellations on the day before or the day of your visit, we charge the following cancellation fees. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Fees

Even for seat-only reservations, a cancellation fee of ¥1,000 per person applies for same-day cancellations.
Changes in Party Size
Cancellation fees may also apply to changes in party size, in accordance with the above. Thank you for your understanding.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If your visit becomes difficult due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or disasters, we will accommodate you as flexibly as possible. Please contact us by phone first.
Late Arrivals
- If you will be late, please call us as soon as you know.
- If we receive no contact more than 30 minutes past your reservation time, we may treat it as a no-show.
- If you arrive late, we may be unable to serve all of the dishes prepared for you.
For any questions, please contact us during phone hours (12:00–17:30). We also accept reservations and inquiries by phone on Sundays, our regular closing day.
